GREEN BATH ON THE BALCONY

11.06.2022

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is an immersion in nature with all the senses, which has many benefits for our health and well-being. During the workshop, we reflected on the role of the senses in contact with nature and made plant arrangements that stimulate the senses and are nature-friendly.

The participants were able to take home the plant arrangements they had made.

The workshop inspired the search for pro-ecological solutions and drew attention to issues relating to the protection of biodiversity and climate change.

The ‘Green Balcony with Climate’ workshop held on 9/06/22 and the ‘Green Bath on the Balcony’ held on 11/06/22 are a mini-cycle. The ‘Green Balcony’ series is a practical mini-course on how to arrange a climate-friendly balcony or terrace for your own well-being.
Workshop leader: Joanna Paniec – landscape architect.
